Bulk Orders of 10 or more are non-refundable/ non-exchangeable. Except for Bulk Orders or 10 or more, we do accept returns and exchanges. My Swim Stuff will only accept returns and exchanges in their original packaging postmarked within 14 days of the date of delivery. Risk of loss of returned items remains with the buyer until items are received at My Swim Stuff's facility. Therefore, we suggest purchasing insurance and tracking (for proof of delivery).
Your return should include your Packing Slip or Order Confirmation Email (either marked "Return" or with no markings) for credit to be properly issued. For exchanges, your Packing Slip should contain the words Exchange for My Swim Cap Diva/Black, Exchange for Mirrored Sporty Goggles Pink or whatever the substitute item is. You must include the "full product name," color option (if applicable) and size (if applicable) of the item you would like shipped in your exchange. Failure to do so, will result in a delay in your order. All returns/exchanges are processed in less than ten (10) business days of receipt and an email will be sent to you confirming your refund or the shipping/tracking details of your exchange shipment.
All returned items must be in unused, unworn, new condition - except My Swim Cap and My Swim Cap for Men. For My Swim Cap and My Swim Cap for Men, you are allowed to test it out in the water. If you are not satisfied in any way, you may return it (along with the original packaging) within the 14-day from date of delivery period and receive an exchange or refund.
NOTE: Refunds are exclusive of shipping charges; however, we do not charge any shipping fee for shipping exchanged items. If you are exchanging an item for a higher priced item, please also include a check for the price difference.
